The%20USNH%20Event%20Management%20System%20%28EMS%29%20was%20created%20to%20provide%20all%20USNH%20users%20a%20way%20to%20present%20event%20registration%20forms%20on%20the%20world%20wide%20web%20which%20would%20allow%20users%20to%20register%20for%20USNH%20events%20and%20pay%20for%20those%20registrations%20on%20line%20using%20a%20credit%20card%20or%20E-check.%20
